SESSION INFO

SESSION POLICIES:

For booking your session, a pre- session consultation appointment (in person or over the phone) is required.

Session fee is due upon booking to secure your session date. Session fee includes the pre consultation, session, and in person viewing and ordering appointment. NO products or digital files are included.Session fee may be paid in person, over the phone, or online invoice. We take cash, check and credit card. NO dates will be reserved without payment.

Returned check fee is $150.

Session length: approx. 1 hour, may be slightly shorter or longer at photographer’s discretion.

Cancellation policy: session fee is non-refundable due to client’s cancellation. We allow a free one time rescheduling with a minimum of 3 days notice. Due to sickness or emergency, you may reschedule within the 14 days of the appointment, please do not keep your appointment if you or any of your participating family members sick.

Your photographer may have to reschedule your appointment due to illness, personal emergency or inclement weather. If a reschedule is not possible due to photographer’s cancellation, a full refund will be given (only applies to actual photo session).

Inclement weather policy: only applicable for outdoor sessions, except for hurricane conditions, which makes driving dangerous. Cancellation due to inclement weather is at photographer’s discretion. If cancellation occurs due to weather, your session will be rescheduled within a 4 week window.

Late policy: after 15 minutes you will be asked to reschedule and you will forfeit the session fee.

NO REFUNDS will be provided for any reason including client not liking location, clothing/hair/make up choice or family members not cooperating.

Travel fee: flat fee of $50 outside of 20 mi radius.

Pet policy: including your pet in your session MUST be communicated upon booking. Only well behaved pets will be permitted to participate and absolutely no biting or other threatening behavior will be tolerated.


ORDERING

Viewing and ordering appointment: You may choose between having a same day ordering appointment (raw, unedited files) or coming back in no later than 2 weeks to view your fully edited images. Photographer picks and edits the best 20-30 images. Ordering appointment will be scheduled at the time of your portrait session. The in person ordering appointment is for your benefit, so you can take advantage of our guidance in choosing the perfect products to display your images.

NO ONLINE GALLERY will be provided for viewing and ordering your images.

All decision makers should be there on your ordering appointment. We strongly recommend to arrange child care for your ordering appointment, so you can fully concentrate on your beautiful images.

Additional ordering appointment: your session fee covers one ordering appointment. Any additional appointments are $100

Archiving of the images: our studio guarantees to preserve your ordered images for 6 months. All un-purchased images are subject to immediate deletion upon conclusion of the Reveal & Ordering appointment.

There is NO minimum order, you ONLY buy what you love!

Design policy: there is one time revision for special designed products (albums, etc)


PAYMENT

Balance due for your products at ordering appointment. NO order will be submitted and no digital files will be provided until paid in full.

Returns: Absolutely no returns for digital files. Once delivered, there will be no refund given for any reason.

All sales are final. All monies collected by STUDIO are non refundable. No refunds will be given on the Session Fee or the Order. Once the Client places an order for physical and/or digital products, the order is final and may not be changed, altered, reduced, or cancelled. This stands for both payments in full and payment plans. No refunds will be given on products after the order has been placed.

Any revisions requested on a processed order will result a reorder at 50% cost of said product.

Upon delivery, please inspect your products for damage as you will be asked to sign for it.

Delivery time: printed products 2-3 weeks; custom designed products (album, canvas) 5-7 weeks

RETURN POLICY

Our goal at Lilla Bordas Portraits is your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

In the case of camera failure, inclement weather or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Lilla Bordas Portraits from photographing on a scheduled date and rescheduling is not possible, client will get a refund of their deposit if applicable. No refund will be given under any circumstances if client fails to attend the session on the day and at the time listed once your booking was made.


Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned Lila Bordas Portraits has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (the buyer selected and paid for the photographs and Lilla Bordas Portraits sent the buyer the matching digital file) it is then considered nonrefundable. Refunds will NOT be given due to not liking an image, changing their mind or any other reason.

Refund/Exchange policy for custom photo products (albums, folio images, wall art, etc)


Due to the custom, pre-designed nature of these products, there are no refunds on any physical products. Upon delivery client will have to inspect the products and sign a waiver that they’re damage free and to their satisfaction. After this inspection there will be no refund given due to damage or mistakes.
