MEET THE ARTIST

I'm a huge cat lover, cat mom of 5 (as of now, haha) and occasional kitten foster. I believe every cat has their own special "purrsonality" and it takes a special skill and lots of patience to truly capture it in photographs. My mission is to capture your cat's personality in a fun and artistic way and to provide you with beautiful artwork you will treasure for life.

I'll help you every step of the process from preparing for your Cat's or Kitten's portrait session to selecting the best way to display your artwork that will compliment your home decor.

I'll come to your place and take photos of your beloved pets! Each session takes place in the comfort of your home and lasts around 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I've found this is typically the sweet spot for how long it takes the cats to acclimate to my presence and to achieve the best shots. I don't set time limits as I don't want you or your cat feel stressed.

Whether you're looking to photograph your beloved cat only (or in groups if you have multiple felines) or wanting to capture the special relationship you share, I can help you creating those meaningful images. Dogs and kids are welcome!

You might think, but "MY CAT IS SHY, SHE WILL HIDE" or "MY CAT WILL NEVER COOPERATE".

I've photographed dozens of cats between my clients' cats, my own cats and 2 local cat rescues I'm working with. Believe me, I've seen it all. I photographed shy cats, hissy cats, cats and kittens with tons of energy, you name it, I photographed it. I have special tricks to get cats relax and cooperate, I can use my long distance lenses to get great images without having to be too close to your shy kitty.

IN HOME CAT PHOTO SESSIONS

For cat sessions, I always travel to you. In my experience, cats cooperate way better in their own environment, where they feel safe. I only need a small portion of your home or your covered and screened lanai to set up my studio. I bring bowls and baskets (because we all know cats love sitting in them) and feather teasers, squeakers etc to get your cats attention.

I don't have a time limit for the session, I'm prepared to give your cat plenty of time to warm up to me, get used to the camera. I'm there to get the images for you and I won't just pack up and leave when the 1 hour is up, I stay till we get the images. Cat sessions often take 2-3 hours and we take breaks as needed.

WATCH ME GROW

The Watch Me Grow program is perfect for your new kitten. It allows you to capture priceless memories at every stage at their growth. It includes three separate sessions over a period of 12 months. At the end of the three sessions receive a special wall art piece featuring one image from each session.

FOREVER IN MY HEART-SENIOR CAT SESSION

This session is for your aging or terminally ill kitty. Priority is given to scheduling these session as soon as possible. No matter how long we have with our furkids, it’s never long enough. Our cats are our family, but the hardest part of that joy is also the fact that they are only with us for such a short period of time. After your baby is gone is when these photos become absolutely invaluable.

If I was asking you "Who do you want to be photographed with?" and the answer was "My CAT!!!"- You're just like me! Rest assured, as a fellow "crazy cat lady", I totally understand how special they are and how much they bring to the table. For me, 2 of my cats are my emotional support animals, they know when I'm stressed or sad, they're always there for me. I would love to have photos like this of myself and my cats.
