On the day of your shoot, you’ll enjoy a comfortable atmosphere with hair and makeup to enhance your natural beauty. I’ll guide you through poses, capturing your curves and the love radiating from you, creating diverse images that tell your story.

MATERNITY BOUDOIR

Maternity boudoir photography takes a more intimate and artistic approach. This style focuses on celebrating your body in a sensual and empowering way. It often involves creative poses, lingerie or more revealing outfits, and a focus on the curves and contours of the pregnant body. The goal is to empower you, helping you to embrace her femininity and feel confident during a time of significant change.

We can do a combination of more traditional maternity and maternity boudoir poses/outfits.

Maternity photography is more than just capturing images; it’s about embracing and celebrating yourself during this transformative time. Stepping in front of the camera can be empowering, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way. You’ll leave the session feeling confident, beautiful, and deeply connected to the miracle of life growing within you.

When should I do a maternity shoot?: Maternity sessions usually take place at 30-37 weeks, depending on the size of your belly. We want a nice, fully formed belly to show off during your session, but it's also important that you still feel comfortable and have energy to enjoy the shoot.
When should I schedule my maternity session?: I recommend scheduling 1-2 months before your shoot, so around 25-26 weeks to ensure my availability. Sometimes I do have last minute availability on my schedule, so it never hurts to ask.:) Or I can recommend one of my wonderful colleagues.
Do you also offer newborn photography?: No, I don't, unless photographing your baby in your arms.
What kind of matenity sessions do you offer?: I offer both studio and outdoor sessions, even maternity boudoir!
What should I wear for my maternity session?: Generally speaking, something form fitting to fully show off your belly. During your consultation I'll give you recommendations and we plan out every details for your shoot, locations, color scheme so you'll know exactly what to look for for your maternity shoot. I even have some maternity gown in my client closet you're welcome to use.
Can my family and pets included?: Yes, your family is always welcome! Luckily I'm also a pet photographer and I'm very comfortable working with pets. Please, do include them!
I feel so big, will you help me to look my best for my matenity pictures?: Don't worry, I've got you girl! I'm a posing expert, with years of experience in how to shape female bodies in a flattering way. We'll make sure you look and feel your best for your shoot with professional hair and makeup, wardrobe styling. I'm also a master in retouching and I take pride in the polished fine art look I provide my clients.

Styling-posing-retouching are the 3 pillars of my process to ensure you get images you'll love.

Phone Consultation

We hop on a phone or zoom call. This helps me understand HOW, WHERE and WITH WHOM you want to be photographed. It's also a great time for you to ask questions about your session.

Session Planning

Once your date is booked, we will start planning out all the details of your maternity session from what to wear, to hair and makeup inspiration, as well as posing ideas, etc.

Wardrobe styling

As part of your consultation we’ll talk about wardrobe choices and we’ll help you choose the outfits from your closet or what and where to buy for your session.

Hair and Makeup

One complimentary hair and makeup application is included with your session fee. Get pampered by a professional hair and makeup artist to ensure you'll feel and look your best for your photographs. You can look as natural or "glam" as you like.

Photo Session

The FUN part! Rest assured, it NOT your job to be photogenic, it's my job to guide you through poses to show off your best features.

Ordering

At your in person ordering appointment, I show you the images so you can select the ones you'd like to include in your beautiful keepsake box or custom designed album, wall art and digital files. Purchase only what you love! My job is to make you love them all!

High end retouching

Every image of your order will be edited to perfection, with attention to the tiniest details-we're going to discuss it during the ordering appointment, they'll be edited just the way you want it using the same techniques as editors for magazines use.

Delivery

After a few weeks your printed images will be ready to be enjoyed. Digital files will be delivered within 2 weeks, printed products might take up to 6-8 weeks from you ordering appointment.

LILLA BORDAS

Lilla is a Tampa, Fl based, award winning portrait, boudoir and pet photographer. Originally form Hungary- now a proud U.S. citizen- she learned to appreciate fine arts and the rich culture of Europe from early childhood. Photography has been her passion since her childhood and it developed into a career after moving to the Tampa Bay Area.

With a master's degree in Psychology and Counseling, Lilla has a natural talent to connect with her clients on a deeper level to help them feel more comfortable in front of her camera. Past clients often highlight her special ability to make them feel at ease during their session and how they feel like old friends after spending time with her.

Lilla is a single mom of 3 human and 5 fur children. She is a huge cat lover, former foster parent for many cat rescues in the area. She loves to travel and experience other cultures. One of her biggest dream is to connect her photography with travel and offer destination session experiences for her clients all over the World.
